When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if you give it) and the message you write. We also keep the date and time of the enquiry and a technical record of your IP address to help prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange training sessions. A copy of each enquiry is emailed to the coach and to the technical administrator who maintains this website so that no message is lost. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The administration area uses a secure session cookie for people who log in; visitors do not receive it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. To do so, email us using the address on the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
